I paid my invoice, why is it still showing outstanding?

If you have made a payment by ACH or credit card, please give it 7-10 business days to be processed. Payments sent in by check can take up to 14 business days to be processed. To avoid being contacted for past due invoices which you have already paid, please be sure to send payment remittance to ar@cretelligent.com at the time of payment.
