How to Access and Manage Your Invoices on the RADIUS Platform
Invoices are sent separately to the Primary Billing contact within 24 hours of product delivery. If a Primary Billing contact is not specified, the invoice will be sent to the Engaging contact.
To specify a primary billing contact, you can reach out via email or phone.
Invoices are typically available in the RADIUS platform within 24 hours of project completion. You can also download the invoice directly from the platform if preferred.
